I imagined it was, but now I know.
The day was full of stress and anxiety, you know, the usual stuff .
(and some not-so-usual stuff)
But then when it came down to the actual baptism,
it was lovely.
The talks were great.
Short and sweet and to the point.
Taylor and Chris practiced how they would hold hands
and how he would dunk her nice and slow and make
sure everything went under including all strands of hair.
The practicing paid off cuz they got it on the first shot!
After the confirmation Chris bore his Testimony to Taylor.
(I was too chicken to do it in front of everybody)
The spirit was so strong.
Her baptism was my favorite one I've ever been to.
I love you Taylor!
I am so proud of you. I know Heavenly Father is so proud of you for choosing to be baptized. You are such a wonderful daughter and I am proud to be your mother. Thank you for being such a great example to us and your brothers and sister. Keep it up! You have many wonderful things to look forward too!
Love,
Mom
